SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan are currently at NTD 10,500-11,200/mt ($358-382/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis, indicating a decrease of NTD 300/mt ($10/mt) since last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for shipments in the latter part of September.
