SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan are currently at NTD 10,500-11,200/mt ($358-381/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis, remaining unchanged since last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for late September shipments.
