According to sources close to SteelOrbis, an additional ex-US bulk scrap deal to Turkey has moved HMS I/II 80:20 scrap up by a $1/mt compared to the ex-US East coast deal reported yesterday. The latest 27,000 mt cargo is comprised of 6,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $330/mt CFR, 18,000 mt of shredded scrap at $335/mt CFR, and 1,000 mt of bonus/P&S scrap at $340/mt CFR.
