Sources inform SteelOrbis that a second ex-US scrap cargo has been obtained by a Turkish mill. The cargo is comprised of 5,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $340/mt CFR, 18,000 mt of shredded scrap at $345/mt CFR and 2,000 mt of bonus scrap for $350/mt CFR.
