SteelOrbis has been informed that Turkish billet offers to the Saudi Arabian market are currently heard at $560-570/mt CFR, while demand is reported to be at good levels.
On the other hand, local steelmaker Al Rajhi Steel's billet plant in Jeddah has again started production operations after a 20-day shutdown due to environmental violations, and this will probably cause a reduction in the country's billet import activities in the coming period.
