Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmakers Anshan Iron and Steel, Benxi Iron and Steel (Bengang) and Ansteel Group Lingyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Lingyuan Steel) have issued their prices for steel products for delivery in October this year.
The three producers have decided to keep their local base prices stable for hot rolled coil (HRC), wire rod and rebar, while Anshan Iron and Steel and Bengang have decided to raise their local base prices by RMB 50/mt ($7/mt) for cold rolled coil (CRC), for delivery in October this year. Meanwhile, Anshan Iron and Steel have decided to cut its local base price by RMB 50/mt ($7/mt) for pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI), for delivery in October.
At the same time, Anshan Iron and Steel and Bengang have decided to keep their local base prices stable for acid pickling plate, hot dip galvanized (HDG) and non-grain-oriented silicon steel, all for delivery in October.
