Latest wire rod prices from Spain

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that 6.5 mm mesh quality wire rod prices in the Spanish domestic market have increased by €5/mt ($7/mt) in the past week, reaching €465-470/mt ($640-647/mt) for deliveries to customer, exclusive of 21 percent VAT.
 
In the meantime, ex-Spain mesh quality and drawing quality wire rod prices are now standing at €450-455/mt ($620-627/mt) FOB and €465-470/mt ($640-647/mt) FOB respectively. Both price levels have increased by €5/mt since last week.
