Import billet prices to Taiwan

SteelOrbis has been informed that, Japanese SD395 grade vanadium-added billet offers are currently at $513/mt CFR, way higher than Chinese billet offers to the same destination at $483/mt CFR. Meanwhile, Malaysian 5SP billet offers to Taiwan are currently at $480-485/mt CFR.
