SteelOrbis has been informed that, Russian billet offers to Taiwan are currently in the range of $460-465/mt CFR. Russian billet offers to Taiwan are considered to be on the high side and have failed to gain acceptance from buyers. Meanwhile, billet offers from Philippines and India to Taiwan are at $450-455/mt CFR and $455-460/mt CFR, respectively.
