According to market sources, CIS billet export offers are standing at $500-505/mt FOB, unchanged since last week. Apart from the supply shortages for November output in the CIS billet market, increased import scrap prices will also provide support for CIS billet export prices.
In the meantime, CIS billet offers to Turkey can be found at $515-520/mt CFR, though no deals have been heard so far.
