On September 19, SteelOrbis reported that ex-India billet offers to Nepal were softening. Offers at the time were reportedly at $530/mt CFR Nepal.

Indian sources now inform SteelOrbis that ex-India billet offers to Nepal have declined to $505-510/mt CFR Nepal on induction grade material due to the fall in domestic induction grade billet prices in India. Prices have decreased $20-25/mt week-on-week.
