Turkish merchant bar export sales not expected to recover before New Year

According to market sources, Turkish steel producers’ merchant bar export prices have remained stable week on week in the range of $370-410/mt FOB. Demand for Turkish merchant bar in the export market has started this week at low levels and it is expected to remain slack over the next two weeks due to the approaching Christmas and New Year holidays. 
 
Export offers from Turkish merchant bar producers are at the following levels:
