End-user consumption remains insufficient and so producers’ positions are somewhat shaky. In addition, import scrap prices have indicated a significant decline in recent deals. "Despite strong HRC prices, we were unable to maintain our prices. The uncertainty and the fear of a second wave of Covid-19 have caused low demand and buyers have exerted pressure on prices.
