During the week ending September 10, prices in the Chinese domestic cold rolled coil (CRC) market have indicated a stable trend, while transaction activity has remained at low levels. Average CRC prices in the local Chinese market can be viewed in the SteelOrbis price reports section.

During the given week, local traders have mostly been pessimistic on the prospects for the domestic CRC market. Currently, supplies in the market are plentiful, while demand remains sluggish. It is expected that CRC prices in the Chinese domestic market will follow a downtrend in the coming week as traders will likely sell at lower prices in order to bring in cash.
