SteelOrbis is reported of the following HDG prices offered during the first three weeks of November in Italy.

ILVA              €385/mt base
Marcegaglia       €380/mt base (for only 0.60 mm and up)
Arvedi            €375/mt base (for only 1.20 mm and up HR based)
Arcelor           €400/mt base

All offers were for December deliveries except for first quarter delivery in case of Arcelor.
