Over the past week, hot rolled coil (HRC) import offers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)  have decreased by $15/mt on the lower end to $600-620/mt CFR. The lowest price offers are being made by Ukrainian exporters at $600-605/mt CFR, while ex-China and ex-India HRC offers are at $615-620/mt CFR. Meanwhile, demand for import HRC in UAE is still weak, while buyers are pushing for reduction in prices to below $600/mt CFR.
