HRC import offers for Greece announced

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that demand in the Greek hot rolled coil (HRC) market has remained low, while new import offers have been announced. Ukrainian HRC offers to Greece have increased by $15/mt, Russian offers have moved up by $25-30/mt, ex-Egypt offers to the country have indicated an increase of $15-20/mt, while ex-Turkey offers have followed a stable trend - all compared to last month's price levels.
 
Accordingly, Ukrainian March production HRC offers to Greece are now at $575-580/mt FOB, while ex-Egypt offers to the country stand at $640-645/mt FOB for April rolling HRC. In the meantime, Russian HRC offers to Greece for March output are at $620-625/mt FOB, while Turkish HRC offers can still be found at the range of $620-630/mt FOB for March and April production. All the prices are for advance payment and exclude VAT.
