HRC export price stable in Brazil

Following a sharp price decline last week, Brazilian producers are reportedly continuing to negotiate HRC for export in a range of $530/mt to $550/mt, FOB conditions for the basic commercial grades, to destinations other than the US, a local market source told SteelOrbis.

Preliminary indications from the local customs point to a decline in August from the 46,900 mt of HRC exported from Brazil in July.
