HRC export price range increases in Brazil

Brazilian producers are negotiating HRC for export in a price range of $590/mt to $600/mt, against $580/mt to $590/mt last week, both FOB conditions for the basic commercial grades, a local exporter told SteelOrbis, adding that such quotation refers to sales to South American countries.

In September, Brazil exported 37,400 mt of HRC, in average at $605/mt, FOB conditions. South American countries were the main destination, with 36,000 mt at $611/mt FOB.
