Price levels in the Egyptian domestic and export HRC markets are as follows:

Origin

Price

Egypt/EZDK

EGP 3,100/mt ($569/mt) ex-works February delivery

Egypt/Hadisolb

EGP 3,050/mt ($559/mt) ex-works November delivery

The above local prices are excluding VAT.

EZDK has decreased its HRC prices by EGP 110/mt ($20/mt) compared to last month. However, it should be noted that the producers' HRC prices have remained unchanged in the last one or two weeks. Expectations of an improvement in the current sluggish demand situation have been postponed due to the Feast of Sacrifice holiday.
