In the Italian flats markets, demand is quite sluggish due to the decreasing price trend. The offers from China are given for 3 mm and above thicknesses. It is heard that counter bids for Chinese offers are standing in the range of €350-360/mt CFR. For now, no offers are heard from Egypt. On the other hand, Russian offers are for November production and 90-day deferred payments.
