Egyptian mill EZDK's HRC base prices are standing at EGP 3,150/mt ($576/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT, for late January production. Due to the general weakness in flats demand in Egypt, the prices in question have shown a deterioration of EGP 82.05/mt ($15/mt) as compared to the levels for October production.
