Heavy plate prices in Italian domestic market

According to market sources, prices in the local Italian heavy plate market have remained stable over the past two weeks at €500/mt ($530/mt) ex-works, for January delivery. However, market sources state that prices may increase in the coming weeks due to increased slab prices in the international markets.
