On March 13, offers on flats to Colombia are now being heard as follows: HRC $555-$560/mt CFR, CRC $635-645/mt CFR, and HDG at $675-680/mt CFR. These offer prices reflect an increase of $10/mt on HRC, $5/mt increase on CRC, and $10 increase on the bottom of the range and $5/mt increase on the top of the range for HDG.
