Ex-Romania HRC offers to Turkey

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that ArcelorMittal Romania has increased its hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey by about $40-50/mt as compared to last month, since its export allocation is limited, to $700/mt CFR Diliskelesi for shipments in April and May.
