Over the past week, demand for import hot rolled coil (HRC) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has continued to be weak and bookings have remained slack. Accordingly, ex-CIS HRC offers to the UAE increased by $10/mt compared to a week ago. Meanwhile, ex-India HRC offers to the UAE are at $600/mt CFR Abu Dhabi, while Chinese HRC offers to the country are the highest, standing at $610/mt CFR.
