Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has announced its export stainless steel export prices for orders placed in July. Accordingly, due to the $1,000 mt decline in nickel prices over the month, Baosteel has cut its 304 grade stainless steel coil prices by $100/mt as compared to June order prices, while it has kept its 430 series prices unchanged over the same period.
The offers, which are for August shipments, are as follows:
