Chinese mill Baosteel has adjusted its export stainless steel list prices for January shipments. Accordingly, the producer has reduced its 304 2B 2 mm stainless cold rolled coil (CRC) prices by $100/mt compared to price levels for December deliveries to $2,800/mt FOB, while its 304 2B 2 mm stainless hot rolled coil (HRC) prices are currently at $2,600/mt FOB.
On the other hand, the Chinese mill's 430 2B 2 mm stainless CRC prices are now at $1,450/mt FOB, while its 430 2B 2 mm HRC prices are at $1,250/mt FOB, both for shipments in January.
