Chinese flat steel export offer prices have moved on a stable trend over the past week. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $350-360/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $430-440/mt FOB.
During the given week, flat steel prices in the Chinese domestic market have mostly indicated a rising trend, providing some support for export offer prices for flat steel and so Chinese steelmakers and traders have been able to keep their export offer prices stable.
