Brazilian producers are negotiating HRC for export in a range of $540/mt to $560/mt, FOB conditions for the basic commercial grades to destinations other than the US, stable from last week, a local market source told SteelOrbis.

The source mentioned that most of the deals are being closed in the middle of the range, around $550/mt FOB.

Preliminary indications from the Brazilian customs authority point to a significant increase in September from the 27,000 mt of HRC exported from the country in August.
