Xinjiang Production & Construction eyes coal output capacity of 60 million mt

Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region-based Chinese corporation Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp. plans to increase its coal output capacity to 60 million mt and to improve its coal mining mechanization levels.
 
Accordingly, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp. plans to construct two coal mines each with an annual capacity of 10 million mt and 10 mines each with an annual capacity of one million mt, while closing down small coal mines with annual output capacities of below 0.3 million mt.
