The Corporate Whistleblower Center announced today that it is urging employees of any type of company involved in importing products from China to contact them if their employer is intentionally misclassifying the Chinese products to avoid US anti-dumping rules and duties.

The Center also wants to hear from US manufacturers who can prove importers are evading US anti-dumping rules.

The imported Chinese products in question include rolled steel as well as cast iron plumbing pipe; cooper plumbing pipe; any type of plumbing cast iron or copper fitting; hardwood flooring products; manufactured plywood products; and bedroom furniture.

According to the Corporate Whistleblower Center, “If an employee of an importer can prove their company is circumventing US laws to evade US anti-dumping fees and duties we are urging them to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 to discuss what their potential whistleblower reward could be.”
