Weirton Steel on the side of ISG buyout plan

According to recent news in the market, Weirton Steel prefers buyout of International Steel Group (ISG), which submitted an offer of $255 million for the assets of Weirton and reached an agreement with the union before the auction is completed. Depending on the complexity of the bids, Weirton Steel has decided to reveal the details to the court. Now, the court will decide which offer is the best one for Weirton Steel.
