The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the ITC’s affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of this product from India, Indonesia, and Korea will remain in place.
Chairman Rhonda K. Schmidtlein, Vice Chairman David S. Johanson, and Commissioners Irving A. Williamson and Meredith M. Broadbent voted in the affirmative.
