US issues preliminary results of administrative review of CVD on Turkish OCTG imports

The US Department of Commerce has announced the preliminary results of the administrative review on the countervailing duties against oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imports from Turkey.

The preliminary subsidy rate for Turkish pipe producer Borusan Mannesmann was determined at 0.66 percent. The period of review covered the 2016 calendar year.

The products subject to review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.29, 7304.39, 7304.59, 7305.20, 7305.31, 7306.29, 7306.30 and 7306.50.
