On January 31, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has revoked the sunset reviews of the antidumping (AD) orders against forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan, given that domestic interested parties did not participate in the process initiated on November 1, 2010.

Currently, there is an AD duty of 48 percent valid on the product at US customs.

The product covered by these investigations is currently classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under item numbers 7307.21.10.00 and 7307.21.50.00.
