On September 29, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imported from Mexico. The review covered the period August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006. Mexican producers Hylsa and Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A. (TAMSA) were subject to the review.

Since all the parties requesting a review withdrew their requests for the administrative review within 90 days of its initiation, the DOC has decided to rescind the administrative review with respect to Hylsa and TAMSA.
