The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain oil country tubular goods from Mexico. Accordingly, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A (Tamsa) since the producer did not ship the subject merchandise to the US during period review, which is August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. On the other hand, the DOC found that sales of subject merchandise sold by Hylsa, S.A de C.V (Hylsa) have been made at less than normal value. The preliminary dumping margin determined for Hylsa is 0.68 percent. The dumping deposit rate for Hylsa is 1.48 percent, whereas the rate for all other Mexican producers is 23.79 percent.
