The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced today the final results of the expedited sunset review of AD orders against Russian HRC.
As a result of this sunset review, the DOC found that revocation of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products Russia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of the following dumping rates:
JSC Severstal: 73.59 percent
All other Russian producers: 184.56 percent
