US DOC delays AD results on stainless sheet and strip coils from Italy and Mexico

On September 23, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its decision to postpone the deadlines for its preliminary and final determinations in the antidumping (AD) duty sunset reviews of certain stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Italy and Mexico.

The DOC said that the review deadlines have been extended by 90 days. As a result, it will issue the preliminary results of the full sunset reviews by December 20, 2010 and the final results by April 28, 2011.
