As the result of an appeal of the results of the 2009 administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order against hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has amended the CVD margin for Tata Steel Limited.
The original result of the review was a CVD margin of 577.28 percent for Tata. Following the court's decision on appeal, the DOC has revised the CVD margin to 102.74 percent.
Petitioners in the original investigation were United States Steel Corporation and Nucor Corporation.
