The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India. The review covered three producers/exporters--Ispat Industries Limited; JSW Steel Limited; and Tata Steel Limited--during the period from December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2010.
