According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of cold rolled coils totaled 68,586 mt in March this year, up 19.1 percent month on month and up 6.7 percent year on year. By value, CRC exports totaled $93.73 million in March, compared to $75.3 million in the previous month and $83.26 million in the same month of 2025.
The US shipped the most CRC to Mexico in March with 55,340 mt, compared to 46,373 mt in February and 47,360 mt in March 2025. The other top destination was Canada with 12,889 mt. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US CRC exports in March.
