Unemployment in Turkey rises to 12.9% in Nov compared to Oct

According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey decreased by 0.4 percentage points year on year to 12.9 percent in November last year and rose by 0.2 percentage points when compared to October.

Meanwhile, in November last year the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 42.9 percent, decreasing by 2.7 percentage points compared to the same month of the previous year.
