According to the statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), the unemployment rate in Turkey decreased 1.5 percentage points year on year to 10.3 percent in October last year, while falling by 0.3 percentage points compared to September.
Meanwhile, in October the employment rate in Turkey was recorded at 47.6 percent, increasing 1.4 percentage points compared to the same month of the previous year.
