In November this year, Ukraine's pig iron exports increased by 57.4 percent compared to October and by 31.4 percent compared to November 2009, to 106,960 mt. 69,100 mt of Ukraine's pig iron exports in November (equal to a share of 64.6 percent) were delivered to Italy, while 30,740 mt (equal to a 28.7 percent share) were shipped to Turkey.
The value of Ukraine's pig iron export sales in November was up by 54.4 percent compared to October, increasing to $43 million.
In January-November this year, Ukraine's pig iron exports increased by about four percent year on year to 1.314 million mt, valued at $525.5 million.
