Ukraine’s iron ore exports up in October

According to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the country’s iron ore exports increased in October this year, by 15.7 percent year on year to $33.9 million mt, while the value of iron ore imports amounted to $5.52 million.

In January-October period of the same year, Ukraine’s exports of iron ore increased by 7.9 percent to $235 million compared to the same period of the previous year . Meanwhile, Ukraine’s iron ore import decreased by 95.6 percent year on year to $954,000 in the given period.
