Ukraine registers lower production results in Jan-July

In the first seven months of the current year, Ukraine registered a seven percent decrease in its finished steel product output to 15.77 million mt, a seven percent decrease in its crude steel output to 17.92 million mt, and a two percent decline in its pig iron production to 16.61 million mt, all year on year, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers.

The country's production of metallurgical coke in the given period declined by five percent year on year to 9.82 million mt.
