Ukraine issues production results for January

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in January this year Ukraine registered an eight percent decline in its finished steel product output to 2.3 million mt, a 12 percent decrease in its crude steel output to 2.5 million mt and a six percent decrease in its pig iron production to 2.34 million mt, all year on year.

The country's production of metallurgical coke in the given month went down by two percent year on year to 1.49 million mt.
