Ukraine raises semis exports 15.3 percent in March

The State Statistics Committee of Ukraine has announced that the country's exports of semi finished products rose 15.3 percent, or 145,890 tons, month on month to 1.1 million tons in March 2006. The export revenue increased 18.2 percent or $51.17 million to $332.63 million in the same period. In January-March 2006, the exports of semi finished products rose 8.2 percent or 84,730 tons to 949,910 tons from January-March 2005.
